Looking back it’s hard to write about my time in Iceland. So much happened there. So much was seen and felt that it’s hard to put it into words. I was in Iceland for two weeks with four of my friends taking in as much of the country as we could. We toured the entire island via The Golden Circle and ventured off the beaten path to see areas like Landmannalaugar and Djúpavík. Being in the arctic circle in June meant that the light never faded for the entirety of our trip. The landscapes were incredible and so diverse but what really struck me is how quickly they change. It seemed as if the top of every hill had a new and more spectacular view.
